The VOID Tamper is the tamper that ships with the VOID Complete System and with the Retrofit Kit and Jar Kit for classic Vitamix bases, sold on its own as a replacement. It is sized for the VOID jar and the Vitamix-fit VOID jar, and it is used through the basic hard lid rather than the vacuum lid, so it needs one of those kits or the Complete System to be useful.
Returns and warranty
You have thirty days from purchase to return or exchange it on U.S. orders. On a change of mind return you cover the return shipping, and once we've agreed the return, it needs to ship within 7 business days, or a 10% fee applies. Keep your receipt showing the purchase date. We can't accept returns on orders shipped outside the United States, though the warranty still applies to those orders.
Warranty runs three years on vacuum lids, five years on blender bases, and one year on jars. The warranty page sets out what a repair costs and when.

Care and cleaning
VOID lids and jars aren't dishwasher safe. Rinse the lid under running water with a little dish soap, but do not submerge it, and keep the wireless charger away from water. The gasket comes off so you can clean underneath it.
Do not refrigerate or freeze the lid, and do not pour boiling water into it.
