We ship VOID orders from Utah to addresses in the United States. For most other countries the shipping cost and the import duties make a direct order a poor deal, so we do not take them through this site.
If you are in Europe
Our European distributor is LUBA GmbH in Germany. They stock the VOID vacuum lid, sold there under the name Madalga VOID, and the Vitamix compatible jar it seats on. They ship across Europe and price in euros with local VAT included.
The lid is the same product we make here. Fit is the same too: Blendtec jars take the lid on its own, classic Vitamix bases need the VM2 jar, and Ascent and Venturist bases do not work.
LUBA does not list the Complete System with its own motor base. If you want the full blender, email us at cs@voidvac.com with your country and we will tell you what is possible right now.
Everywhere else
Email cs@voidvac.com with your country and the blender you own. We answer within a business day or two and will be straight with you about whether we can get one to you.
Warranty and returns on European orders
Orders placed with LUBA are covered by LUBA's terms, and any return or warranty claim starts with them. The 3-year VOID lid warranty and the 30-day return window on this site apply to orders shipped from Utah.
