  • 30-day returns and exchanges on U.S. orders
  • 3-year warranty on the lid, 5 on the base, 1 on the jar
  • Basic lid included for ordinary blending

The VOID Complete System is our vacuum blender. It comes with a motor base, a 1.8 liter jar, a regular lid and the VOID vacuum lid. Use the regular lid for everyday blending. Put the vacuum lid on when you want the blend to hold, and you'll get less foam, less browning, and a smoothie that doesn't separate as fast in the glass.

In the box

  • The VOID lid, fitted with its sealing gasket
  • A spare lid gasket. Keep it as a spare and use one gasket at a time, because two stacked together will stop the lid from releasing.
  • A motor base with a US power cord
  • A 1.8 liter BPA-free Eastman Tritan jar with a 304 stainless steel blade assembly
  • A tamper, and a basic hard lid with its own gasket and removable vent
  • A removable baseplate gasket
  • A magnetic wireless charger, a magnetic USB-A cable and a USB-A to USB-C adapter
  • The user manuals, which you can also read online

The lid charges from almost any USB phone charger, so we don't put a wall plug in the box. A charge lasts about a month of everyday use, and we figured you'd rather use a charger you already have than keep a new one in a drawer.

The base

The base has variable speed control, overload protection and a thermal cut-out, and it's rated for a 100 to 120 volt supply with a US plug. The cord is about a meter long and the base weighs about 8.4 pounds. It has its own five-year warranty. If you're outside the United States, we can arrange a 220 volt version with an EU plug. Email CS@voidvac.com and we'll work out the details with you.

Neither the lid nor the jar is dishwasher safe. Full care instructions are under Care and cleaning below.

Returns and warranty

You have thirty days from purchase to return or exchange it on U.S. orders. On a change of mind return you cover the return shipping, and once we've agreed the return, it needs to ship within 7 business days, or a 10% fee applies. Keep your receipt showing the purchase date. We can't accept returns on orders shipped outside the United States, though the warranty still applies to those orders.

Warranty runs three years on vacuum lids, five years on blender bases, and one year on jars. The warranty page sets out what a repair costs and when.

Questions, a return or a warranty claim: email CS@voidvac.com. Spare gaskets, jars, blade assemblies and chargers are in the Spare Parts collection.

Care and cleaning

VOID lids and jars aren't dishwasher safe. Rinse the lid under running water with a little dish soap, but do not submerge it, and keep the wireless charger away from water. The gasket comes off so you can clean underneath it.

Do not refrigerate or freeze the lid, and do not pour boiling water into it.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout. VOID lids are designed and assembled in the U.S.A.

The twenty-minute test

We put the same ingredients into two VOID blenders and ran one with the vacuum on and the other with it off. These photographs were taken 20 minutes after pouring.

Four steps

Loading a VOID jar with fresh fruit
1

Load the jar. Greens and leaves on the bottom, frozen fruit and ice on top.

Seating the VOID lid on the jar and choosing a preset
2

Put the lid on, pick a preset, press Go. Wet the gasket first and it lifts off easier later.

3

Turn the lid off, then blend. The vacuum holds on its own while the blades do the work.

4

Pull the red tab and pour. Venting breaks the seal. Until then the lid stays locked shut.

Hi, I'm DJ Heninger. If you follow me, you know that I'm a functional health coach and nutritionist. I mean, just look at this color. It's vibrant. There's almost zero foam and no separation. Usually by the time I finish a workout, my smoothie is separated into layers, but not with VOID. It always stays smooth and fresh. If you want to level up your nutrition and actually enjoy the texture of your blends, I highly recommend using VOID.

Using for 2 years now. Like his power, especially when turning nuts into butter. Also
I’m cooking in batches, so vacuum lid make a lot of sence for food quality preserving.

Best blender I’ve ever used, combined with the only vacuum creating lid I could find. It all works incredibly well! It makes mixing certain things so much easier. One example is oil and vinegar. When you create a vacuum, they mix together so much better, and they stay mixed much longer. For smoothies, it reduces and almost eliminates the oxidation of your fruits.

Considering that I haven’t had a single issue with the machine or lid, the value this machine brings is worth much more than the price tag.

There are no instructions that come with the suction lid. It's hard to find anything online advising how to use it. The lid gets dirty but it can't be immersed to clean, and there's tight corners that are hard to clean by a wipe or rag. Overall, I'm disappointed and hardly ever use the lid.

You're right that the lid instructions are too hard to find, and we've passed that along. The full guide, including cleaning, is at void-system.com/pages/how. If you'd like a hand getting set up, reply to your review email and we'll help.

Works decently well. It's a little frustrating that the vacuum amount is displayed in inscrutable special void-units. Mine goes down to just about 20 or so, and then back to 17 or so while blending. I have no idea how much air has been removed from the chamber while it is pulling a vacuum. Is 24 supposed to be 0? That's the lowest I've seen it go. Emulsified drinks tend to separate a bit after a couple days in the fridge. Also a bit frustrating that the charger doesn't come with a wall plug.

Thanks for the detail. The charger works with any USB phone wall adapter, and we've passed along that it should be clearer. If the vacuum numbers on the display are confusing, reply to your review email and we'll walk you through them.

I didn't think I would describe anything as life changing but this blender certainly makes life easier and taste better! Huge shout out to VOID, what a company.

Chris, thank you. Hearing that it's made smoothies easier and better is exactly why we built it.

Luxurious Build Quality and performance

I love my purchase. This blender puts a Vitamix to shame. I Made the best green smoothie I’ve ever had in my life I could not believe it. The Blender jug is SO PREMIUM. With a “Made In Japan” label on the blades, the craftsmanship is incredible compared to every single blender jug I’ve used (been a barista for over 10 years). I was scared to order from such a young company, and this still may be a risk as far as continued support goes. But hopefully the quality of this product will sustain the company for many years.

Easiest 5-star review ever

I was not sold on the vacuum idea for a blender. Now I am. It really makes a huge difference in smoothness and freshness (particularly if we're finishing the rest of the smoothy the day after). As for the actual Void device: (after using it for about 1 month, truly every day):

PROS: the vacuum seal works perfectly. The vacuum functions in just a few seconds, and does not make a lot of noise. The whole blender is *very* easy to clean. While I cannot talk about longevity yet, it truly feels premium-made. I believe Void did not only copy the looks of Vitamix; they also copied the quality.

CONS: a bit hard to remove the vacuum cover (of course you need to let air in, but still, it remains hard for my wife to operate). Also, when cleaning it, you need to *really* hold on tight to the cover if you switched to the non-vacuum one (unless of course you don't mind soapy water on your kitchen walls)

A solid purchase that I would highly recommend.

Great Quality, Best Blends Ever

I have loved my new blender! No foam when you blend, everything has bright vibrant colors. Defenetly not blending with a normal blender again!
