The VOID Easy-Release Gasket for legacy lids is a slimmer grey lid gasket for first-generation VOID lids. It makes the lid easier to lift off a VOID jar after venting. It may not hold as deep a vacuum as the standard black gasket that ships with every lid, so keep the black one for blends where you want the full pull. It fits legacy lids only and will not seat on the current lid. If you are not sure which lid you have, email CS@voidvac.com with a photo before you order.
Returns and warranty
You have thirty days from purchase to return or exchange it on U.S. orders. On a change of mind return you cover the return shipping, and once we've agreed the return, it needs to ship within 7 business days, or a 10% fee applies. Keep your receipt showing the purchase date. We can't accept returns on orders shipped outside the United States, though the warranty still applies to those orders.
Warranty runs three years on vacuum lids, five years on blender bases, and one year on jars. The warranty page sets out what a repair costs and when.

Care and cleaning
VOID lids and jars aren't dishwasher safe. Rinse the lid under running water with a little dish soap, but do not submerge it, and keep the wireless charger away from water. The gasket comes off so you can clean underneath it.
Do not refrigerate or freeze the lid, and do not pour boiling water into it.
